The Institute's governing bodies are as follows:
 

• Steering commite made up:

  • three representatives of the University of Zaragoza:

    Vice-chanceler Scientific Polícy: Rosa Bolea, Vice-chanceler Transference and Technology  Innovation: Gloria Cuenca, Research Vicemanager: Raquel Rodríguez

  • three representatives of the CIRCE Foundation:

    Director Fundación CIRCE: Andrés Llombart, Representative Endesa: Ignacio Montaner,  Patronato Fundación CIRCE Secretary: Elena Calvo
     

• The Institute Council is chaired by the Director of the Institute and composed of all the PhDs researchers,a proportion of the non-doctoral research staff, and a proportion of the administration and services staff.
   
• The Director Board appointed after the elections of 5 November 2021 is composed of the Director, Vice-Director, Secretary and two deputy directors.
